Come on, let’s be honest, most people think that employment training is boring. We’re here to tell you that it doesn’t have to be. Through our dynamic Job Ready Programme, employability training never looked more exciting! Job Ready is designed to re-energise young people who have found themselves not in employment, education or training. Through this practical programme you can kick-start your journey into employment.

What does the programme consist of?

The programme runs three days a week for 11 weeks, with a two-week work placement hosted by the partner organisation. Sessions are in the form of workshops, role plays, team challenges and a host of other interactive activities to develop employability skills that employers are looking for. Even better, the course is accredited by NOCN, so you get a qualification to put in your CV. We also pay for your travel and lunch during the training so you’re not out of pocket. After the course we will continue to work with you until we’re happy that you’ve found either a job or training towards a job.

Who is it for?

Anyone who is 16-25 years old, living in London who's struggling to get into work or training and wants to do something about it. We'll work with you to develop the skills you need. All we need from you is your commitment and determination to turn your life around. Over 61% of all our Job Ready trainees go onto employment and training within the first six months of finishing the course.

Enrolments remain open for the current Job Ready programme, which is being run in partnership with international financial organisation, Citigroup, and due to finish in June. Participants will undergo a full CRB check before they embark on to the programme and will complete a two-week work experience at Citigroup as part of the programme.
