Grant Giving

Help us give young people a chance

Over the years, we have attracted funding from many charitable trusts and foundations, companies and the public sector. Over 40 of these organisations regularly fund us year on year. We successfully attract new support each year and are keen to secure further support still.

Organisations make grants towards our key programmes and activities, such as our well-established Summer Programme - which is proven to increase confidence and reduce crime - or Job Ready, which successfully assists over 61% of its participants into work or training within six months of them completing the programme. Grants also cover essential staff posts and capacity building.

We have received grants from a whole range of organisations, from Big Lottery Fund to Barclays Capital, with amounts ranging from £2,000 to almost £150,000.

We are keen to develop new relationships with grant-giving organisations, whose support can ensure we expand our model of free innovative learning opportunities, broadening the quality and authenticity of the experiences available to all young people as they form their view of themselves and society and their place in it.
